Scrumptilious Baked Chicken Breast Recipe

If you’re looking for the best baked chicken breast recipe, look no further!   This is the juiciest chicken you will ever wrap your lips around. And when I say easy I mean like lazybones.

(This isn’t for vegetarians, so if you are one of the ‘don’t eat anything with a face on it’ types, check out some of our vegan recipes in our Food Recipe Section.)

Get your bad self some chicken breasts. Not the boneless kind either. And get just one for each person at the feast because these babies turn out so plump and moist nobody needs more than one.

Remove the skin and any fat you deem excessive. I always wear some one cent plastic butcher gloves to do this so clean up is like nothing.

Then take a big knife and cut off the sticking out part of the ribs. You don’t have to do this. I just do it to make the result more compact. And I say big knife because you have to bear down on the back side of the blade to crunch through the ribs so you can cut off the chunk you don’t want.

Then just put those little honeys aside whilst you prepare the roasting pan which is uber simple. Just take out a cookie sheet and line it with foil. Then spray the foil with Pam or whatever.

Take the breasts and put them on the foil. And paint some butter that you liquefied in the microwave on the chicken. I use a basting brush, but a teaspoon works ok too. I’ve done this many times.

Then sprinkle a bunch of paprika on the butter covered breast. And I mean a bunch because some of it is going to slide off when you drizzle the lemon juice on it.

So squeeze fresh lemon on the little suckers. The paprika soaks up some of the juice, and some of it slides off. Doesn’t matter.

In the meanwhile you have heated the oven to 425 degrees. You did this didn’t you? And place the cookie sheet with the soon to be scrumptilious chicken breasts in the oven for 35 minutes.

Voila! Juicy hot and healthful chicken breasts that no one will forget.

And if you happen to have some leftover breasts you can put them in the refrigerator or the freezer depending on how long you want to keep them. Then all you do is nuke them in the microwave on very very low for about nine minutes and voila! Just like fresh from the over the first time.

Never ever reheat these delicacies on high. That cooks them. Makes them dry. And not good. Take your time. Heat on low, low, low while you prepare your veggies or whatever. You’ll love it.
